Fresh Air, LLC Senior
Management Team has the authority and responsible for the
day-to-day operation of the business. Their primary
focus is to contribute to the overall growth of each
independent division.
President
and Chief Executive Officer:
Mr.
Stanley A. Neal, Jr.
Bachelor of Arts; MBA, Central Michigan University, 2002;
In-depth experience in the field of Federal Government
Contracting. Extensive experience with the Federal
Acquisition Regulation as they apply to “doing business in
the federal government”.
Director
of Corporate Business Development:
Mr. Spencer M. Fisher
Responsible for creating strategic business development,
planning and processes throughout the company. With the
primary objective for building long term partnerships with a
special focus on major federal prime contractors. The goal
is to enhance Fresh Air LLC.’s capabilities to move
quickly and precisely in response to the requirements of the
client.
Mr. Fisher has more than two decades of experience in
strategic planning, business development, government
relations and marketing. He previously held positions in
sales/marketing and business development with leading
corporate 100 companies in the Washington DC area. He holds
a Bachelor degree in business administration/sociology.
Director
of Information Technology Services:
Mr. Femi Dada,
Innovative, result-oriented management professional with
over 10 years of visible achievements providing leading edge
technical solutions and supports to piers. Extensive
qualification I aspects of system administration, management
and maintenance, network/server operation, infrastructure,
and hardware/software solutions.
Exceptional skill in
implementation of teams and systems to provide business
solution which increase operational efficiency. Delivering
bottom-line result through effective design, development and
execution of system to reduce or save cost.
Merge hands-on leadership
style with excellent communication skills to continually
drive focused teams towards performance excellence. Proven
record in streamlining operations, relating technical
information to end user and leading projects to full
fruition.
Director
Support Services:
Ms. Doris Pollard,
Manage and co-managed over 100 events in the past 10 years,
for national organizations with national and international
participants. Manage annual conferences, educational
seminars, workshops, retreats and board meetings. Experience
includes extensive hotel, special events, contract writing
and negotiating experience. Select meeting facilities,
including conducting site visits and making recommendations.
Assist with setting conference budget including registration
fees, and maintain budget oversight. Produce financial
reconciliation. Travel to meetings and conferences. Manage
on-site conferences. Manage on-site logistics and ensure
contract compliance. Authorize hotel charges to master
account. Manage on-site conference registration, including
staff training. Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff. Serve
as advisor to national associations boards. Negotiate
contracts with exposition companies, and coordinate/manage
exhibitors and vendor sponsored event. Oversight of vendor
exhibits, sponsorships, and social activities. Plan social
events including receptions, luncheons, cocktail parties,
board of director’s dinners, cruises and etc.
Produce/Design promotional literature for pre-conference
advertising (i.e., PowerPoint presentations, flyers, signs,
registration literature, final programs, brochures,
newsletters, special event tickets, etc.). Negotiate
printing contracts. Maintain a resource bank of industry
personnel (i.e., hoteliers, national sales reps, supplies,
speaker bureaus, travel consultants and etc.).
Director
of Janitorial:
Mr. Leon Segears,
Twenty-six years of managerial experience in customer
support/sales, including project management, training,
marketing support and sales promotional campaigns. Mr.
Segears has also provided Consultation and analytical
support in identifying trends to help formulate strategic
centered plans in support of marketing and sales revenue
objectives.
In all, over thirty years of entrepreneurial and managerial
experience in the janitorial and maintenance profession. And
having a working knowledge to identify and understand
Federal/State and Local Governments requirements and
standards, has allow Mr. Segears to have never failed a
quality health or safety inspection. And it is this pursuit
of excellence that he brings to Fresh Air LLC.
Director
of Construction Services:
Mr.
Lloyd Williams,
With over 25 years experience in the construction trade, Mr.
Williams has held Project Management Position with Donohoe
Construction, Gracen Homes and Clark Construction.
Experienced in all aspects of job-site supervision with a
broad knowledge of building, plumbing, electrical and fire
protection codes.
Mr. Williams, has an extensive background in the
construction and repair operations involving single
structures and design, overseeing multiple sub-contractors
performing duties of carpentry, masonry, drywall, plumbing
etc. His responsibilities also encompasses reviewing
construction blueprints; estimates of material, time,
utility, and labor records under varying conditions.
