Fresh Air LLC., humble beginnings grew from a single 4 unit residential contract to our existing tri-state janitorial services contracts. The establishments serviced, range in size and included such diverse facilities as: Office Buildings, Financial Institutions, Schools, Medical Facilities, Retail Stores, Day Care Centers, Industrial Facilities and Churches.

The key to our success is found in our unique Communication Program that offers tools designed to clearly define how to best serve your cleaning needs. These tools include Contact Evaluation Reports, Inspection Reports, and Past Performance Evaluations to ensure that you are receiving the utmost in quality service — and to your specifications. In addition, an Account Follow-Up Sheet is maintained on each account, and periodic phone calls and/or personal inspections are made by Fresh Air LLC., Customer Service Representatives.

We provide highly personalized, quality cleaning services by developing a special maintenance schedule for each client facility. Cleaning programs are provided on a nightly or weekly basis that allows each client the opportunity to select the exact program that suits their needs.

Our supervisors are available to our clients on a 24-hour service basis. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., after hours we use wireless telephone service and a fully integrated voice mail system. Our management team is accessible to our clients at all times.
